Delivery charges are estimates. The final transport quote is confirmed before payment.

### Two dispatch locations. One clear quote.

Items can be dispatched from Rawalpindi or Chiniot. Each product’s origin is confirmed individually. Orders containing items from different locations are estimated as separate deliveries.

These are working estimates, not transporter tariffs. If a furniture item’s origin is unassigned, checkout uses a provisional national allowance of PKR 10,000 for the first item. Your confirmed quote may be lower or higher. Bulky electronics and unusual access requirements need a separate quotation.

### What can affect delivery?

Distance, size, weight, stair access, lift availability, packing, assembly and remote-area transport can change the final fee. Delivery timeframes are confirmed by the team after item availability and route are checked.

### Before it comes home

Confirm measurements, materials, finish, included pieces and availability. Check that large furniture can reach its intended room.

### Returns and damaged items

Contact us with your order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged. Keep the packaging while the team investigates. Contact the team before payment to confirm return eligibility, collection charges and any conditions for your specific item. Returns and damage reports are assessed against the item details and agreed order terms.
